Situated in Newport-on-Tay, our 56-bed care home provides high-quality Residential, Nursing, Dementia, and Respite care. We are committed to ensuring every resident receives personalised care in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.
Contract & Benefits
✔ £22.00 per hour
✔ 40 hours per week (split between supernumerary and clinical shifts)
✔ Clinical shifts may be day or night, depending on operational needs
✔ 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time contract)

What You’ll Do
✔ Lead Clinical Care – Oversee and drive the clinical care for our residents, ensuring high-quality, individualised support.
✔ Enhance Resident Experience – Ensure residents and their families feel safe, supported, and well-cared for.
✔ Dynamic Role – Engage with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and the wider community to make a meaningful impact.
✔ Support & Training – Lead and mentor your team, fostering continuous development and professional growth.
✔ Step In as Needed – Confidently support the Home Manager, stepping into leadership when required.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) – With a valid NMC PIN.
✔ Experience with the Elderly – Prior experience in a care home setting is advantageous.
✔ Leadership & Management Skills – Ability to lead, inspire, and support a team effectively.
✔ Commitment to Excellence – Passion for maintaining the highest standards of care.
