Starting your Journey: You will be joining Apex Hotels during an exciting period of growth and expansion following recent acquisitions. As Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for revenue management across a portfolio of hotels, reporting into the Director of Revenue & Systems and the Head of Revenue Management. You will support your colleagues within the team on specific commercial projects and revenue tasks. Whilst based in our Head Office in Edinburgh where we support hybrid working, there will be a requirement for travel throughout the UK to support onsite initiatives, key business partnerships and influence our industry sector. Joining the dedicated Revenue Team, you will take responsibility for: Rooms revenue management of existing properties Onboarding of new properties and integration into group revenue function Sourcing and analysing competitor and market insights to support budget, pricing, distribution, COA Rooms inventory management and optimisation including business mix to optimise sales and profit. Rooms forecasting, distribution, pricing and promotion, aligned to Total income/GP budgets and also rooms margin augmentation Rooms cost of acquisition and achievement of RevPar Net budgets Working with key partner relationships across rooms channels and presenting and communicating commercials within the team and wider business About you: You will have a real passion for revenue management across different business segments coupled with strong communication and relationship development skills. The following range of characteristics and competencies are sought: Previous knowledge and experience of a Cluster Rooms Revenue Management role. Previous knowledge and experience of revenue management across different business segments and source distribution Proven track record of personal fulfilment of targets and KPI’s Strong strategic, analytical and organisational skills A competent user of full Microsoft Office applications including Excel, word and PowerPoint.
