A respected fire consultancy is seeking a Fire Risk Assessor to join their London-based team. With a strong presence in the fire safety sector, this firm delivers expert fire risk management services across residential, commercial, healthcare, and local authority projects. \n\nTheir friendly team of 14 is split between Fire Design and Site Inspection, offering an excellent opportunity for a Fire Risk Assessor to develop their expertise across multiple sectors.\n\nThe Fire Risk Assessor's Role\n\nThe Fire Risk Assessor will conduct fire risk assessments, evaluate fire safety measures, and provide expert consultancy advice.
They will work across both new and existing buildings, ensuring compliance with current fire regulations. \n\nConducting Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across residential, commercial, healthcare, and local authority properties\nProducing detailed Fire Risk Reports, with clear recommendations for fire safety improvements\nAdvising clients on fire risk management strategies\nAssessing fire compartmentation, fire doors, and escape routes\nEvaluating external facades in line with post-Grenfell regulations\nCollaborating with fire engineers and design teams to deliver comprehensive fire safety solutions\n\nThe Successful Fire Risk Assessor Will Have\n\nExperience conducting FRAs across multiple sectors\nStrong report writing and communication skills\nKnowledge of fire safety legislation and building regulations\nAn understanding of construction methods and fire protection measures\nA recognised fire safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Fire, IFSM, IFE membership)\nThe ability to provide clear fire safety advice to clients\n\nIn Return?\n\n£35,000 - £45,000\nHybrid and flexible working arrangements\nRegular team socials, game nights etc\nGenerous holiday allowance\nCPD and opportunity for extra qualifications If you're a Fire Risk Assessor looking to grow your career, please contact Lauryn Simpson at Brandon James.\n \n Reference: 19899LS\n \n Fire Risk Assessor | Fire Safety Consultant | Fire Engineer | Fire Consultancy | Certified Assessor | Health and Safety Consultant
