We are growing FAST – Be a part of our journey So, what’s the role? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Internal Trainer to join our growing team. This is a brand new role due to continued successful growth within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for training new starters and coaching & developing our entire People Software Team. This is a crucial role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles and contribute to the success of SAMpeople, our fantastic software product. Some of the main responsibilities of our Internal Trainer are: Onboarding & Training - developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new employees Continuous Development - ongoing coaching and training to enhance our colleagues skills & performances Training Materials - You'll be great at creating engaging training materials and resources Workshops & seminars - You'll be responsible for organising and conducting team workshops and training sessions on various topics relevant to the business A full job description is attached to this job advert.
