As an **HR Assistant**, you will support hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation. Responsibilities include:
- Managing recruitment campaign administration
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle (new starts, changes, leavers)
- Providing high-quality HR administrative support
- Ensuring a smooth and responsive HR experience
### **About You**
You are a proactive **HR professional** with strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. Educated to **Higher level (or equivalent)** or with relevant experience, you can manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
You are a **team player** with the ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and strive for continuous improvement. You understand **best practice recruitment, GDPR regulations**, and are highly proficient in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)** and HR Information Systems.
