The Role Together, we're looking for a new HR Advisor to join its HR team. Once embedded, the HR Advisor will have two direct reports (HR Administrators) and will themselves report to an excellent - truly excellent - HR Manager. This role is about supporting the delivery of operational HR activity across the business, while being passionate about supporting a community of long-serving colleagues. The ethos in this business is in prevention rather than cure; providing a proactive HR service that creates a culture of psychological safety with a supportive framework meaning issues are resolved early. For this reason, the ER caseload in respect of this position is minimal. This role offers a true progression pathway and is part of long-term succession planning. We are therefore looking for an individual who would like to progress with the business with support and mentorship (both qualifications and from the Leadership team) This is a generalist role with responsibilities including: Delivering operational HR support to managers, ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently. Handling the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Providing data and reports to inform decision-making and HR strategy. Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, building strong relationships across the business. Assisting in creating a culture of inclusion through initiatives such as employee networks, celebration events, and workshops. Assisting in wellbeing initiatives, including mental health support programs and employee engagement activities. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a hands-on HR professional with a passion for people and culture.
