Your Role as a Team Leader:
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Lead & mentor a team of Support Workers, providing training & guidance.
* Create a nurturing, inclusive environment for children with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
* Collaborate with families & professionals to implement care plans & behaviour strategies.
* Support the opening & development of the new home, ensuring high-quality care.
* Oversee daily operations, safeguarding & compliance to maintain excellence.
* Be a role model, inspiring a positive & compassionate team culture.
What You'll Need:
* Leadership experience in health & social care (Team Leader, Deputy, or Senior Support Worker).
* Experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health challenges.
* Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to train).
* Strong leadership & motivational skills to drive team success.
* Compassion, patience & commitment to delivering outstanding care.
