Creative Designer (Mid-Senior Weight)
Location: In Office 3x a week in Hammersmith
The Opportunity:
This is a chance to make a massive impact on the business as the first permanent creative hire, by leading a shift in the brand's approach to all things creative, adopting a lighter and bolder mindset. You will report to the Head of Brand and collaborate with the Content Manager to shape creative across digital, print and offline.
Their new CMO and Head of Brand are leading a digital and marketing transformation. Now, all eyes are on Brand and Marketing as the team shifts from purely performance-led strategies to enhancing their creative and content offering to adopt a more disruptive, bold and above all fun tone of voice.

The Role:
* This is the first permanent hire for the team and the business is on a journey of shaping their brand – they don’t have the most mature brand toolkit at this stage so the next Creative Designer will embrace the challenge of responding to briefs with unconventional and unexpected ideas.
* You will lead across creative ideation and execution of assets for digital/performance media, print and offline campaigns.
* You will have a huge amount of involvement in giving input on the brand development - you will collaborate with the Head of Brand and an experienced Content Manager, as well as agency resource, but they will be looking to you as the creative force of the team.
About You:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in producing creative assets – this can be a mixture of in-house and agency experience.
* Your bread and butter is working with the full Adobe Suite, Figma (so you can collaborate with UX designers).
* If you have experience in After Effects that is a huge plus.
* You ideally have a secondary skill set in either of the following: Video Editing, Illustration or Motion Design.
* The team would love to hear about the unique skill set and interests you can bring – are you a fine line artist in your spare time? Do you have personal animation projects you have worked on that you're proud of?
* Above all you are an energetic delight to work with – the team are closely working together but want to welcome someone who wants to pitch in, and someone brimming with creative energy and ideas.
* They are more than happy to see applications from candidates who may not have had lots of experience in giving input on brand developments or shaping strategy – this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get their teeth into this challenge and grow into the role.
