Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to execute campaigns across various channels.
Duties
1. Develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company objectives.
2. Create compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
4. Oversee social media management, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
5. Utilise SEO best practices to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.
6. Analyse campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to assess effectiveness and ROI.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
8. Lead projects from conception through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
9. Maintain organised records of marketing materials, budgets, and campaign results.
10. Coordinate and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches to increase brand awareness.
11. Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
12. Work closely with sales, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective execution of marketing plans.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
3. Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
4. Creativity and Innovation in content creation and campaign strategy.
5. Excellent Communication Skills to effectively engage target audiences and stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM platforms, and social media management tools.
7. Project Management Skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
8. Team Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience
1. Proven experience in a marketing role with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
2. Proficiency in copywriting, email marketing, project management, and social media management.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and drive results.
4. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Familiarity with IT tools relevant to marketing analytics and reporting (e.g., Excel).
6. Knowledge of SEO principles and techniques is highly desirable.
7. Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
