Your main responsibilities will include:

* Respond to employee queries regarding employment matters.
* Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with policies.
* Manage all aspects of payroll.
* Attend external HR-related meetings as required.
To be successful in applying for this HR Business Partner role you will be:

* Proven experience in managing restructures and redundancies.
