Online Description: Contentious Probate Solicitor Annual Salary: Competitive (based on experience) Location: Gloucestershire Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our well respected Law firm client based in Gloucestershire. Dealing with all aspects of Contentious Private Client work including Wills, Probate, Estates, Trusts, IHT and Elderly client matters. Day-to-day of the role: Provide good quality advice to clients. Advise on and manage an existing caseload of Contested Probate and Private Client matters. Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Contested Probate and Contested Private Client Law field Work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole team to share knowledge. Contribute to future business development initiatives and carry out networking internally and externally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor 3 Year to Mid-level PQE. STEP or Elderly Client qualified or working towards it. Although, this is not essential. Demonstrable technical ability and drafting skills. Ability to work flexibly. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively. Proactive, ambitious, and organised with a keen eye for detail.
