Job summary As part of our expansion to being one of the Regional Training Academies for the Southwest Region, we are seeking enthusiastic, highly motivated nurses ideally with at least six months experience in an acute setting and Newly Qualified nurses, with a commitment to team working and a keen interest in continuous improvement. Experience in an endoscopy setting would be an advantage, but full training will be given to nurses from different backgrounds. All nurses will complete a bespoke induction programme which will be tailored to your specific needs. Newly qualified nurses will have comprehensive induction which involves rotational posts in Gastroenterology. Once completed, you will be expected to participate in the cross-county on-call rota providing out of hours emergency care. Following induction you will be expected to undertake a number of specific endoscopy courses in line with your ongoing development programme.
