What you'll do As the Delivery Lead in our fast-paced and innovative Delivery practice, you will play a crucial role in building and managing the relationship between our cross-functional teams and continuously evaluating progress in line with programme objectives. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of your product or program, ensuring that projects are delivered within agreed parameters of cost, time, and quality. Coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver new products or complex changes, utilising appropriate delivery methodologies and ways of working. Additionally, you will plan and manage significant deployments, identify and mitigate risks and issues, conduct post-implementation reviews, and actively contribute to the development of our Delivery Practise. With your experience in delivering technical programmes in a product environment, and your deep understanding of delivery management principles and practices, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the best outcomes for Sainsbury's.
