3-month initial contract opportunity for a Service Designer with experience in Customer Support. Experience with both online and call centre support is essential, and experience working with a HealthTech business is desirable as is AI.
What you’ll be doing
Working from your home office – The project involves providing business process & system design consultancy for the customer support function of a tech company.

* Tech/HealthTech/MedTech (Desirable).
What you’ll get in return for your experience
The daily rate is £400 – £500 p/day “Outside IR35”, however, all quotes from suitable candidates will be considered. Those that can demonstrate the required experience will receive the top end of the rate range.
