This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist with prior experience in ward-based work, particularly within Critical Care Wards. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, offering a great work-life balance, with 7.5 hours per day and a 30-minute break. You will be paid at competitive rates, ranging from £35-48 per hour, with increased rates for this role Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical pharmacy services within Critical Care Wards. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care. Review and monitor patient medications, ensuring accurate and safe prescribing. Advise on pharmaceutical care for patients in critical and intensive care. Manage ward-based dispensing and supply services. Participate in ward rounds and clinical meetings. Essential Requirements: Experience covering wards in an NHS setting. Prior experience working within Critical Care Wards. Registered with the GPhC. Strong clinical knowledge and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
