IT Support Analyst - £35,000 - £50,000 - London, Onsite.
IT Support Analyst to join a top London Markets specialty insurer. You will provide 1st/2nd line level support and resolve technical issues for staff across London. This is a brand new support team and you will take ownership of the desktop support for the business.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st to 2nd line support at a high level of service across all levels of seniority including Senior Management and VIPs
* Manage tickets via ServiceNow
* Deploy any application and system changes in line with the change management process
* Ensuring that Servers and Desktops are up to date with necessary software patches and updates, following the agreed schedule
* Troubleshoot Outlook along with any issues relating to Office 365 and Exchange Online
* Ensure all IT equipment is maintained to an exceptional condition
* Responsible for any incidents, service & Change requests/problems
* Troubleshooting RDS issues
* Provide out of hours support on a scheduled rota
Skills and Qualifications required
* Experience in using Service Desk ticketing tools
* Microsoft 365, Office Suite
* ITIL training can be provided if necessary
