Base Location: Watford plus network of 20 offices nationally:

Why Join KPMG as a Finance Business Partner
In these roles, you will report to the Head of Finance for either KBS or EWT. The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting financial management and cost control within KBS.
What will you be doing?
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, building strong relationships and providing financial guidance and support for decision-making.
* Manage the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, providing challenge where appropriate on affordability and alignment with strategic priorities.
* Manage day-to-day activities of team members as required, including work allocation, understanding and supporting training needs, and dealing with performance issues.
* Ensure compliance with firmwide accounting policies, tax regulations, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy of financial information reported. Manage financial risks effectively.
What will you need to do it?
* Qualified or part-qualified with a recognized accounting body, relevant degree, or over 10 years of relevant experience in accounting within operational or professional services environments.
* Proven experience in financial management and analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to scrutinize complex financial data and perform advanced financial modeling.
* Experience managing and coaching junior colleagues on the job.
