Job Description:
For many fans of Formula One, the sport exists between lights and chequered flag on a Sunday afternoon. It begins and ends with the exploits of the drivers on the track. But this is merely the tip of the spear. The reality of modern F1 is that of a complex and intertwined operation, every part of which needs to perform near its limit if success is to be achieved. From the pit crew searching for the ultimate repeatable pit stop, to the inspiration of the designers, the application of engineers and the herculean efforts of an army of fabricators and machinists. Much of our success is thanks to the diversity of thought and spectrum of skill sets held within the team, our ability to recognise unique contributions from individual team members is just a part of why we love what we do.
We are seeking a dynamic and organised Resource Planning Manager to join our in-house agency. You’ll seamlessly manage day-to-day projects across our Brand design teams, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the Red Bull brand ethos.
You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our team operates at peak efficiency!
During your time with us you will be responsible for the following:
1. Project Management:
o Oversee all incoming projects for the Brand design teams, from briefing to delivery.
o Develop and maintain project timelines, aligning stakeholders on key milestones whilst maintaining expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Team Coordination & Resource Management:
o Collaborate with creative leads to schedule and prioritise tasks by acting as the primary contact for resource allocation, and balancing workloads across team members.
o Facilitate team meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and debriefs, ensuring clear communication.
3. Workflow Optimisation:
o Implement and maintain best practices for project management tools and processes to ensure smooth team collaboration.
o Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency, creativity, output quality whilst serving as the in-house expert on project management software.
4. Budget & Performance Oversight:
o Track project budgets, flagging variances to ensure financial accountability.
o Ensure all deliverables align with brand standards.
Essential Accountabilities:
* Significant experience of studio or project management experience in a fast-paced creative, advertising, or marketing agency environment.
* Experience in managing Brand and Content teams is highly desirable.
* Expertise in project and resource management tools such as Float, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
* Familiarity with creative production processes, including content creation, branding, and digital marketing.
We’re incredibly proud of all the talented people who work at Red Bull Technology Group, and we reward this talent and hard work with many benefits on top of a highly competitive salary.
Benefits include a bonus scheme, private healthcare, life assurance scheme, workplace nursery scheme, company contributed pension, on site gym, padel court and fitness classes, daily food allowance and much more.
