As a Primary Teacher, you will deliver engaging and personalised lessons that support students' academic and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons that meet the individual needs of students in an Alternative Provision / PRU setting. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student engagement and progress. Work closely with support staff to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and carers, promoting open communication. Participate in school-wide initiatives to enhance student learning experiences. Qualifications and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching in an Alternative Provision, PRU, or similar setting is preferred. Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and SEN teaching methods. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
