Monitor and manage order tickets, ensuring swift action and resolution. Collaborate with the Global Operations Manager to guarantee all orders are fulfilled on time. Coordinate collections with transport providers and track shipments like a pro. Pack and process orders from our office to ensure a smooth customer experience. Track deliveries, resolve shipping claims, and ensure every order reaches its destination. Secure proof of delivery (POD) for every order. Returns Management – Make Returns Hassle-Free Handle return requests efficiently, ensuring every detail is spot-on. Address customer return inquiries with professionalism and care. Keep an eye on overdue returns and follow up to keep things on track. Process and allocate returns swiftly and correctly within our system. Stock Control – Be the Master of Inventory Inspect incoming stock for damages and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies. Implement a smart stock rotation system so older stock gets used first. Maintain a well-organized stock location system for easy access. Conduct monthly stock counts, ensuring all figures are precise and up to date.
