Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse with Trauma and Orthopaedic skills, you will provide effective patient care while working as a member of the nursing team across East Kent Hospitals NHS Trust, ensuring the maintenance of high standards of patient care in response to service needs.

Qualifications and Training
* Recent clinical experience in an acute trust
* Delivery of evidence-based practice
* Demonstrate a patient-focused approach
* NMC pin
* Previous Band 5 experience within the specialty
* Evidence of facilitating learning in practice
* Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development
* Completion of preceptorship
Clinical skills and experience
* Time management and personal organisation skills
* Venepuncture, Bladder Scans
