The successful Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Office Manager / Branch Supervisor / Sales Team Manager will have proven experience in branch supervision / sales team management within an industrial supply, engineering consumables or
electrical / industrial distributor.
Package
£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

Role
Supervising / sales office management
Day to day operations and supervision of a multimillion-pound turnover branch
Support the Branch Manager and deputise in their absence
Drive sales growth and company performance
Products include industrial, engineering, electrical, automation products
Provide effective leadership to staff
Manage 8 office-based staff including internal sales, purchasing and stores
To set objectives for the branch and monitor branch performance
P&L Management
Reporting to the Branch Manager
Sales Planning, Targeting & Reporting
Recruitment & training of staff
Branch based in Woking
Requirements
Proven experience in branch management / sales team management experience
A background as an Assistant Branch Manager / Sales Office Manager / Branch Supervisor / Sales Team Manager / Assistant Manager or similar
Experience working within an industrial supply, engineering consumables or electrical / industrial supplier or environment
Commutable to Woking
