Main duties of the job We are an extremely busy department and the main first point of contact for the Trust therefore, a courteous, helpful, and positive telephone manner with excellent communication skills are essential. Last year we received over 1 million calls and along with the handling of these we also monitored and actioned page requests; efficiently handled Crash and Trauma calls, Fire calls, Trust alarms including Medical gas and Estate alarms, Panic and Intruder alarms for both Leighton and Northwich Victoria and this was just a small part of our daily duties.
