What Youll Be DoingYoull play a key role in maintaining service excellence within the data centre, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Deploying and Configuring InfrastructureInstall, patch, and configure bespoke environments using a variety of network, server, and storage hardware from top-tier manufacturers.
Incident Resolution & System MaintenanceUse our internal ticketing system to troubleshoot, configure, and replace hardware components (Servers, Switches, Firewalls, Storage Arrays, etc.), all while meeting SLAs and contractual obligations.
Power Monitoring & Load BalancingInstall and configure intelligent PDUs to ensure optimal power distribution and monitoring.
Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementWork closely with multiple teams across the business, including professional and managed services, as well as Data Centre Managers, to enhance processes and drive innovation.
24/7 Support CoverageBe part of a structuredon-call shift rotato provide essential out-of-hours support, ensuring high availability of services.

Security ClearanceMust meet SC and BPSS security clearance requirements.
Proximity to SiteMust live within a 30-mile radius.
Technical ExpertiseProven experience deploying industry-leading server, network, and storage hardware in complex environments.
Problem-Solving MindsetLogical approach to troubleshooting and diagnosing faults under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong Communication SkillsConfident in written and verbal communication to collaborate effectively.
