Job Title: Assistant Site Manager

A medium sized, award-winning housing developer is expanding their team due to new exciting developments starting up. They are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager in the North West to oversee a timber frame new build housing site with the support of a Site Manager.
Job Duties:
Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site
Ensure that the project is completed within budget and on schedule
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on site
Monitor and report on progress to the Site Manager
Required Qualifications:
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
First Aid certification
Valid Driving Licence
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assistant Site Manager role.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong understanding of timber frame construction
Experience in new build housing projects
Excellent site management skills
Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on a construction site in varying weather conditions. Travel within the North West region may be required. The candidate must be willing to work full-time hours and be flexible with their schedule to meet project deadlines.
