1 to 1 LSA Full-Time BS4 September Start A Primary School in the BS4 area of South Bristol is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work 1 to 1 with a Reception pupil who has ASD needs. This School is part of a large School Trust who aspire to treat everyone inclusively and provide a holistic approach to their curriculum. The Role You will have the opportunity to work closely with the SENDCo and Class Teacher to support a single pupil in the reception class. The Head Teacher is looking for a candidate who is caring and enthusiastic, and someone who can empower and engage creativity for the pupil through their learning. You will be expected to: Work collaboratively with the class teacher to assess development. Have high expectations for the individual to succeed. Assisting with lesson planning and classroom preparation Create a stimulating and purposeful environment Be flexible and adapt activities based on the pupils' needs and emotional feelings.
