Key Responsibilities: Efficiently handle customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Manage service enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions. Oversee the allocation and handover of courtesy cars. Liaise with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles. Upsell additional services, service plans, and warranties to enhance customer experience.
