We now have an opportunity at the Goole site for a Maintenance Technician, working Monday-Friday day shifts, with some flexibility to provide cover for production shifts as required. You will be responsible for maintaining the production equipment, provide planned and unplanned maintenance support, which will involve carrying out in-process adjustments and repairing pneumatic and mechanical equipment when necessary. What You’ll Bring To The Team A Mechanical or Electrical qualification, ideally apprentice trained with post qualification experience in an industrial (preferably chemical) environment. GCSE level qualifications or equivalent. A good level of computer literacy. Previous experience of maintenance management SAP systems. Counterbalance Fork Lift License, MEWPS and PASMA certification, Siemens hardware/programme experience and/or PLC/SCADA experience would be an advantage. Ability to read and understand P&ID.
