You'll be stepping into a key role, taking ownership of projects from the ground up and shaping the creative direction from concept to delivery. Day-to-day, youll: Lead your own projects with autonomy and flair
Guide and support junior designers in a fast-paced, ideas-led environment
Work closely with clients to translate vision into vibrant, functional spaces
Oversee the technical, financial, and timeline aspects of each project
Be part of a growing studio with serious plans for the future
What Youll Need
5+ years in commercial interiors, ideally with strong hospitality experience
A solid design background
degree or equivalent
Confident leadership and project coordination skills
Great software knowledge (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.)
Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
A sharp eye for detail and a hunger to grow into an Associate-level role
