The Role: My client is looking to recruit a new highly driven Senior Building Surveyor to be the latest addition to their London team!
Your work will consist of a variety of Dilapidations, Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Defects, Dispute Resolution & Expert Reports, Planned Preventable Maintenance & Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

Current Projects: Commercial Offices, Industrial, Residential & Life Science
Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:
1. Degree qualified - within a construction-related discipline
2. Contract Administration (must be familiar with the JCT Suite of Contracts)
3. 3-5 years industry experience - preferably within a consultancy environment
4. Excellent time management
5. Well experienced within the office & industrial sectors
6. Project & professional experience
7. Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and willingness to exceed their expectations
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
9. Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required
10. Able to work individually or in a team
11. Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
