This opportunity is ideal for anyone who is looking for the flexibility and ease of a part time opportunity. Full time hours may also be available. We are based in the popular Doxford Park area, with easy transport links to our new regional head office. What does it entail? This role is predominantly administration based, however requires someone with a customer focus who is used to dealing with customers over the phone. You will liaise with our customers and Engineers to ensure we book pre-planned and reactive servicing work in advance and attend within a timely manner. You will also be part of a busy team ensuring that all follow up work is completed. Dealing with generic enquiries and liaising with the wider team will be part of your daily tasks. Hours available are 8am to 2.30pm OR 12pm to 5pm What do we look for?
