If you excel in a fast-paced, international setting and enjoy making a real impact, we want to hear from you What you will do: Apply commercial thinking to provide pragmatic HR solutions that support business success. Develop strong working relationships with senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and coach and influence on people-related challenges. Contribute to strategic discussions, ensuring people considerations are integrated into decision-making. In partnership with local HR teams, ensure alignment with HR best practices, legal requirements, and European Works Council considerations. Oversee key HR processes such as performance calibration, pay reviews, talent identification, budgeting, and forecasting. Lead and support organisational change initiatives, ensuring effective people management and business alignment. Use analytics to inform decision-making, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Work with HR Teams across Europe to implement high-quality and consistent HR initiatives. Co-ordinate the forecasting and budget planning process for personnel costs for the business area to ensure accuracy of data. Support with the delivery of a full-spectrum HR services, including recruitment, talent management, L&D, employee relations, organisation design, and employee engagement. What we ask for: Significant experience in strategic HR Business Partnering within a complex, matrixed, and multi-country environment. Strong generalist HR background, including talent management, change management, and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders while managing competing priorities. Experience working across multiple European countries and understanding regional HR challenges. Familiarity with Trade Unions and Works Councils, with an understanding of consultation requirements (beneficial). Ability to understand business strategy and align HR initiatives accordingly. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages desirable). Self-starter with the ability to navigate complex environments, manage change, and drive results. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), ideally with a postgraduate qualification in HR and CIPD (MCIPD) certification or equivalent.
