* WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least three days per week, or 60% of our time, at our Watford site. During the training period, we do ask new starters to be in the office 5 days a week until they are proficient and fully trained.
About this Opportunity
You'll be responsible for the performance and handling a portfolio of high volume, high spend suppliers engaged in the supply of vehicles, services, maintenance and repair services for Tusker and to be directly reporting into the Head of Vehicle Operations.
You'll lead on performance, contract management and driver experience activities on our suppliers impact, influence and be responsible for delivery of the group wide supplier management strategy.
Understand the business requirements and build partnerships, utilising data, analysis and reporting to identify trends, and focusing on performance quality and continuous improvement to drive value and handle risk.

What you’ll need
* A proven understanding of the automotive market, leasing and salary sacrifice industry and key market trends within it.
* In conjunction with day-to-day Tusker supplier relationship owners build strong commercial relationships with suppliers and key partners, actively practicing and promoting a quality customer service ethos, always putting the driver experience at the forefront of any decisions and processes.
* Experience of collaborating and working with all business partners and share contractual and performance information and metrics, across contracts and ensure LBG expectations are met or exceeded.
* Be able to identify shortcomings in existing processes, systems, procedures and supplier reporting or where these can be improved and implement necessary changes.
* Ability to develop personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also mentoring others as required.
* Responsible for all key service supplier performance management and reporting to keep track of risk parameters and identify and report any major deviation to Head of Vehicle Operations, SLT and LBG Risk and Supplier functions.

* Working together with LBG colleagues to identify, improve and complete Tusker Group performance reporting.
* Supports Tusker with aligning to Supplier Policy and Risk Framework requirements.
* Undertake business related requirements as they arise from Tusker and LBG.
* Work alongside Group Supplier Network Managers and Tusker key partners to create the best cost position & customer outcomes to drive improvements.
* Supporting tender processes required to appoint key suppliers.
