Job Title: Temp Tenancy Administrator

Job Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Tenancy Sustainment Team to ensure efficient housing services and timely letting of vacant properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Caseload: Organize and prioritize daily tasks and housing applications.
* Process Applications: Handle housing register applications and update changes in circumstances.
* Maintain Records: Keep digital and manual information systems up to date.
* Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
* Property Listings: Coordinate advertising of vacant properties and manage related information.
* End Tenancies: Process tenancy end scripts, handle voids, and manage late key returns.
* Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to team members as needed.
* General Admin: Organize printing materials, maintain email inboxes, and produce spreadsheets and newsletters.
Skills Required:
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Good IT skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email systems
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
