Job Title: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)- Lutterworth
Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Lutterworth
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work full-time hours

Salary: £90 - £100 per day
Job Duties:
Supporting teachers in delivering lessons and providing additional assistance to students in Year 5/6 classes
Assisting with classroom management and behaviour control
Leading small group activities and providing one-on-one support to students
Helping to plan and prepare educational materials and resources
Supervising students during break times and off-site activities
Covering classes in teacher absence.
Required Qualifications:
Hold a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent
Demonstrated experience working in an educational setting
Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and practises
Education:
Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
Expereince covering classes
Proven track record of successfully supporting students' learning and development
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong behaviour management abilities
Ability to effectively resolve problems and conflicts
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support
Working Conditions:
May involve working with students with diverse learning needs
Full-time hours
