We are now looking for a Receptionist / Accounts Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a one-hour break for lunch. So, if you want to develop your skills in a unique and rewarding setting, read on and apply today The Role As a Receptionist / Accounts Assistant, you will provide an exceptional reception service at our offices in The City whilst offering administrative support to our accounts team. In this dual role, you will also manage accounting tasks such as preparing and sending invoices and credit memos and dealing with accounts queries. Additionally, you will: - Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls - Manage the notaries diary and CRM - Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing and photocopying - Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries - Order and monitor office supplies and equipment - Arrange couriers and process clients card payments - Greet clients and take them to the meeting rooms, offering them refreshments where appropriate - Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms and office space stay in pristine condition and are fully stocked with supplies - Provide additional office support as the need arises About You To be considered as a Receptionist / Accounts Assistant, you will need: - Previous experience in reception work - Accuracy and attention to detail - Excellent spoken English and a professional telephone manner - Good IT competence and organisational skills - A cheerful, bright, and well-presented demeanour - A flexible, team-player attitude Other organisations may call this role Secretary, Reception Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Front Desk Administrator, or Accounts Administrator.
