Requirements for this Area Manager role:
1. 5+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within Rail, Highways, Local councils' pavement dept, utilities, or geotechnical.
2. Relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors (BSc, MSc, OND, HND, Degree etc).
3. Knowledge of grouting in the ground, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management and/or subsidence problems.
4. Proven proactive sales experience and account management skills.
5. Experience using client relationship management (CRM) or other account management tools.
6. Experience in a client facing role with evident client care skills.
7. A full driving licence.
