We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Personal Assistant to support the Owner. This key role demands exceptional organisation, strong financial acumen, and the ability to handle varied responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for the Owner, handling queries, correspondence, and confidential documents.
2. Organise and prepare meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
3. Oversee company property, assets, and inventories with accurate logging and tracking.
4. Manage financial tasks, including payroll and maintaining accounting records (Xero experience preferred; training available).
5. Carry out general administrative duties.
Essential Skills & Experience:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with Xero accounting (training available).
2. Strong financial management and payroll skills.
3. Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
4. Proven experience in a senior support role.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.
7. Confidence in liaising with staff, suppliers, and contractors.
