The Person
As the Commis Chef, you'll contribute in preparing food for up to 120 guests during peak periods, as well as catering for functions of similar scale. Building strong rapport with the front of house team, you'll collaborate closely to swiftly fulfil guest preferences. While a qualification in professional cookery would be advantageous, indispensable is relevant industry experience at the Commis Chef level.
