As an expanding independent brand, were on the lookout for a Multi-Site Store Manager to set the tone and pace across two of our growing stores in the North East and North West.This isnt a hands-off position. Youll be at the front line of our business leading teams, training baristas, upholding brand standards, and keeping stores running smoothly, profitably, and professionally.
Youll report directly to Head Office and be a key voice in shaping how our stores operate as we scale nationally.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence, Valid Food Safety & Handling CertificationWhat You'll Be Responsible ForLeadership & AccountabilityFull responsibility for managing two stores, rotating on a weekly or ad hoc basis as requiredCreating a positive, structured, and high-performance culture across both teamsSetting and maintaining exceptional customer service and hospitality standardsCovering shifts and stepping in as needed you're always visible and presentTeam Development & RecruitmentLeading recruitment efforts: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talentTraining and coaching staff in all aspects of store operations, with a strong emphasis on coffee knowledge and barista standardsEnsuring every team member is equipped with the skills, attitude, and service mindset that reflect the Siesta brandOperational Excellence & ComplianceOverseeing day-to-day operations including opening/closing, stock control, cash handling, rotas, and waste managementEnsuring full compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental Health requirementsManaging all tasks through Bright Safe, ensuring digital systems are followed for risk assessments, reporting, and complianceActioning mystery shopper reports, external audits, and resolving any issues quickly and professionallyTech & ReportingUsing digital tools (Notion, Rota software, reporting templates, Bright Safe) for scheduling, daily reporting, compliance tracking, and communicationsCompleting and submitting weekly performance reports to Head Office including sales, labour cost %, margin management, customer feedback, and general store performanceSupporting the rollout of evolving systems and processes bringing feedback, training staff, and ensuring team adoptionCommercial ThinkingConstantly looking at ways to drive sales, increase footfall, and improve store profitabilityWorking with Head Office to localise marketing efforts and build relationships in the communityManaging store presentation, visual merchandising, and retail space to enhance customer experienceThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have extensive hospitality/coffee shop management experience, ideally multi-siteBe a natural people leader who can develop and inspire teamsBe barista-proficient able to make exceptional drinks and train others to do the sameBe digitally literate, organised, and comfortable using software for rotas, audits, and reportingHave a keen eye for detail, hold high standards, and never settle for averageBe adaptable, solution-focused, and always accountableThrive under pressure and treat challenges as opportunitiesBe available to cover shifts, drive to locations, and do whats needed to keep stores performing at their bestWhat we can offer you:Competitive salary + performance-based bonus : £27,000 £31,000 (based on experience) + Performance Bonuses20 days holidayCompany discounts on all products and servicesAccess to all training platforms, systems, and operational supportPersonal development plan with clear progression pathwaysOpportunity to help shape the future of an independent, expanding coffee brandTPBN1_UKTJ
