Will manage the accurate and continuous audit of data collection of all participating hospitals by monitoring their performance and liaising closely with clinical and administrative staff at the hospitals to support their participation of your responsible audits and registries. Deliver against organisational objectives, achieving quality outcomes, prioritising own workload and working to tight deadlines. Participate in relevant internal and external working groups, services, and initiatives which may be highly complex, sensitive, political, and contain contentious information with the aim of providing information and specialist advice to the teams. Manage the daily monitoring of coding activity and deadlines, escalating any areas of concern to the senior team as appropriate. Support the management of the annual membership processes and provide update on membership fees. Will support and attend the Outlier Governance Committee and to play a key role in the annual outlier surveillance review. Line management responsibility and carry out duties such as personal & development reviews, regular one to one meetings and performance management reviews.
