Closing date: 28th March 2025 Recruitment Partner: Katrina, katrina.wukboots.co.uk About the role This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract working in the Healthcare Development team in the Nottingham support office. This role is focused on increasing Boots presence in primary care market with the aim of helping patients identify Boots as the first point of contact to support with their healthcare needs. You will support the Strategic Proposition Development Manager working with external organisations to develop new and innovative propositions, improving access, and creating total healthcare journeys that are unique to Boots. The role sits in the Healthcare Development team with the team focused on leading the future of healthcare in Boots. You need to be a team member that truly understands stakeholders (e.g. patients, stores and external organisations) and is excited about supporting the development and delivery of products and services end to end with a patient-first mindset. Some of your key responsibilities will be: Development of new propositions that provide convenient access and supports the healthcare needs of patients. Working collaboratively with external stakeholders to gather data and customers insights to build our primary care proposition. To be organised and ensure that plans are thought through and delivered right, first time and on time. Develops and delivers key initiatives end to end and undertakes not only the creation of the services but also the engagement and roll out. A team member with broad thinking capabilities, understands the primary care market and customer insights to create profit and value for Boots, using specialist knowledge to change, shape and influence the offer. What you’ll need to have Experience of reviewing and analysing data, market information, customer needs and competitor insights in a commercial context, turning information into actions. Strong experience of collaborative working with a wide range of teams. Project management experience or other appropriate delivery experience. High quality communication skills in writing, presentation, and day to day interactions. Ability to work at pace and deliver agility in response to business needs. The availability to travel across the UK. It would be great if you also have Knowledge of healthcare and the primary care sector.
