Delivering the highest levels of care and support people through the provision of leadership, direction, and management, you will have the service users and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the people to lead happy and successful lives.
You may have a personal connection, a desire to work with or real life experiences working with autistic people. You'll have experience in a managerial role, the desire to progress your career, and if you share our values and are willing to make a difference to the lives of autistic people, we'd love to hear from you. We need you to be resilient, person centred, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people and have a background in supporting autistic people in previous roles within a social care environment.
Requirements of the Registered Manager:
QCF/NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care,
Two years experience of holding a Registered Manager or Service Manager post.
Experiences of working with Autistic Adults.
Qualification in Positive Behavioural Support would be desirable or the willingness to work towards one.
Full UK driving licence as you are required to travel to all services in the Neath.
