This role is a hybrid role working 4 days on-site and 1 day from home.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Collaborating with the Head of HR to deliver and drive the Club’s forward-thinking HR strategy.
* Partnering with line managers to provide expert guidance on employee relations issues such as sickness absence, probation reviews, performance management, and grievances.
* Taking charge of our HRIS (Harri), enhancing reporting capabilities, and transforming data into actionable insights.
* Leading recruitment efforts by ensuring seamless processes, from employment checks to contract creation, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
* Overseeing HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Acting as a trusted and approachable resource for the entire team, providing support and solutions at every level.
* Bringing your personality and creative approach to HR, crafting innovative strategies that inspire and engage employees.

* You’ve gained valuable experience as a Senior Administrator or Advisor in a high-energy environment, supporting a large and diverse workforce.
* You have a proven track record of navigating complex employee relations issues with sensitivity, fairness, and efficiency.
* Your excellent communication and influencing skills empower you to connect with individuals at all levels, building trust and respect.
* Your creative problem-solving and personable approach make you a standout in delivering HR solutions that energise and motivate the team.
* You thrive in hospitality or retail settings and are familiar with the pace, demands, and opportunities they bring.
* You’re confident with financial KPIs and payroll management, turning numbers into actionable decisions.
* Your time management skills are exceptional, allowing you to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines without missing a beat.
