About the Role
As Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring production efficiency, and supporting a high-performing team. Your leadership will directly impact the quality, safety, and delivery performance across the site.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and promote Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) standards across the production site

Lead, manage, and support the production team to meet performance targets

Ensure production output aligns with delivery and quality objectives

Conduct and lead effective team briefs to communicate goals and updates

Investigate customer complaints and work towards effective resolutions

Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Engineering team on new and ongoing projects
*
