Job Description
4. Managing all aspects of your product area – including workflow, supplier interaction and relationships
5. Delivering the content, you are responsible for - buying to budget, revenue, margin and market share targets across all channels, whilst also delivering stock and cash targets
6. Maximising every opportunity to grow the market share, margin contribution and revenue generated by the content
7. Working in collaboration with senior management and brand managers, to advance key areas of progression within trading terms negotiations
8. Implementing a forward thinking and relevant customer centric plan that effectively delivers all commercial aspects of the products you buy, including digital
9. Managing stock and cash against targets
10. Managing relationships with suppliers to achieve best in industry, along with relevant internal departments
11. Demonstrating and delivering planning to achieve effective use of time, professional execution of role and personal growth goals
Qualifications
12. Experience in a similar retail/commercial role delivering projects with a proven track record of success
13. Customer focussed with excellent communication and relationship building skills
14. Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
15. Experience of being able to drive results, reach targets and achieve objectives
16. Prepared to make their opinion forward, challenge new ways of doing things in a fast moving, ever changing industry.
17. Ability to manage a heavy workload and at times conflicting priorities
18. Experience working in the Gaming industry
