The Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our Fire & Security division. This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on business development, sales team management, and revenue growth. You will play a key part in shaping our sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across Oxfordshire and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets and objectives
2. Drive business growth through new client acquisition and account management
3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Fire & Security industry
5. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored security solutions to clients
6. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new opportunities
7. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and business development activities
