Role : Internal Sales Manager
Location : Rosti Business Development Centre – Cannock, Staffordshire
Earning Potential : Negotiable (depending on candidate) + annual bonus
Working week : Monday – Friday (38hrs)

Requirements :
We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Manager to join the team at Rosti Business Development based in the UK. The role is being created to continue the success in winning new customers, whilst leading a team of researchers and co-ordinating with our technical development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our business growth and success.
Role :
Reporting to the VP of Europe, you will work as part of the Business Development team. In this role you will manage and collaborate with existing researchers to help identify and develop new leads for the business development sales organisation. Your role will be crucial to help drive sales growth and strengthen our lead generation into current and new target markets.
Along with the main responsibilities others will include:
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and develop the internal sales research team to help achieve new business
· Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues.
· Collaborate well with marketing departments and business development managers
Key Skills & Experience:
· Proven leadership experience in an internal sales or sales management role.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with all stakeholders
· Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
· Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
· Must have an engineering certificate, or 5 years experience in an engineering background.
· Plastic injection moulding experience preferred, but not essential.
· Experience with Microsoft packages (Outlook, Excel, Word. PowerPoint)
· Full driving licence.
