Sales Office Manager – Doncaster – c.£40k plus bonus
Sales Office Manager, duties:
To be responsible for the overall coordination and management of the sales and customer services office operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency by creating a productive and positive work environment.
You will be covering all areas within the office including managing all admin operations, overseeing and ensuring perfect customer service and sales support as well as manage and follow up on account growth plans for existing accounts, running daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.
You will support the onboarding of new employees and providing training, addressing and resolving office-related issues, acting as a liaison between staff and management.
As you will be developing, implementing, and enforcing office policies and procedures, this role requires someone who is dynamic and proactive in their approach and who uses a positive and empowering manner to garner the best results from the team.
Sales Office Manager, requirements:
Experience of managing a team, ideally an office-based sales and customer services team, with the ability to motivate and support
Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions
Strong computer skills, fully competent with all relevant software applications (MS Office Word & Excel, Outlook etc.)
Ideally experience with Helpscout and Pipedrive systems – although this is not essential

Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs – finishing at 3pm on Fridays (40 mins for lunch)
