Description Position: Area Sales Manager – South West Region Location: South West England, covering Avon, Somerset, Devon, Cornwall (office-based in Plymouth once a month; initial 3-week induction at headquarters) Salary: Up to £50,000 base, plus OTE 10% commission Start Date: Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to join a thriving flooring company with a rich history of craftsmanship and a commitment to sustainability. Representing a market-leading product portfolio, you’ll manage relationships with key merchant partners across the South West region, ensuring the delivery of sales targets and fostering exceptional business growth. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with merchant partners, visiting a minimum of five customers per day. Drive sales growth, achieving revenue and GP% targets. Develop and execute tailored strategies for underperforming accounts. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Deliver impactful presentations and support merchant partners with merchandising and product training. Record and manage sales activities through the Salesforce CRM system. Collaborate with the Merchant Channel Manager to align on territory strategy and goals.
